Vinyasa is a mindful movement and breath practice. In this class we will flow through a series of poses that will open, stretch and restore your body. We will peel back the layers through a smart and safe yoga sequence to music ranging from Classic Queen to CuzOh. Come with an open mind, stripped of any and all expectations you carry of yourself, and take a 55 minute vacation of body exploration, transformation and movement. All levels welcome.
Our Raw Core class will leave you sweat dripping and feeling high off of O2. The music will be turned up, your core will burn and you may just surprise yourself with how far you will go. All levels welcome.
Raw Fundamentals is the perfect class for any new practitioner to the Raw Yoga practice. This class is also suitable for the experienced practitioner who wants to sharpen up on their technique. While this is a slower moving class, you will still be challenged to try new things and expand your limitations. Expect the unexpected and some cool beats.
In this class you will be guided through a series of postures that will assist in stretching and restoring your body and mind. Postures are held for a period of time in order to enhance flexibility, joint mobility and a deeper connection with the body. Raw Yin is highly recommended at least twice a week to all levels of practitioners in order to reap the benefits of this practice.
