Introducing the Lil' Raw Yogi 4-week Program! (Ages 7-12)
The Lil' Raw Yogi program is built on the foundation of our five tenets:
PERSEVERANCE, INTEGRITY, INDOMITABLE SPIRIT, COURTESY AND SELF-CONTROL.
We combine timeless techniques from Martial Arts and Yoga practices in a positive, well-disciplined, encouraging and safe environment. Your child will have the opportunity to unleash their potential and learn valuable life-long skills that with gradual steps, will spread through all other aspects of your Lil' Raw Yogis life.
This one-of-a-kind 45-minute class is designed to build confidence, concentration, balance, coordination, flexibility and overall physical fitness.
